prior to shipping and the right to refuse any order whether or

Power Discount Membership Policy:
1) Your membership fee is $21.95 (plus applicable taxes and
shipping)
2) You will receive a Free T-shirt and a Free Gift
accompanying your initial membership order.
3) Power Discount members will also receive a free gift with
every subsequent order from our Parts Catalog, Rev-Gear
Catalog and ICE Catalog.
4) Membership is valid for use at SlipstreamR.com and is not
transferable.
5) Products eligible for a Power Discount are flagged with a
“PDM” image.
6) Discounts up to 20%, applies to applicable and regularly
online priced products, from our Parts Catalog, Rev-Gear
Catalog and ICE Catalog.
7) The Power discount cannot be used in conjunction with any
special promotion prices. Power Discount members will enjoy
the greater of the two discounts.
8) The Power Discount will expire one year after the purchase
date. The discount will not be honored past the last day of
expiration unless it is renewed.
9) All membership information is subject to our privacy
policy.
10) All information entered during checkout/purchase of the

Policy on Redeeming Coupons and Gift Certificates:

only. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
- Gift
certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire
365 days from the date of issue.
- Gift
certificates cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Any unused
balance will be placed in your gift certificate account.
- If your
order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must
pay for the balance by one of other payment methods.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace and are not responsible for
lost or stolen gift certificates.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel any order within 12 hours after purchase,
however it will be subjected to a five dollar processing fee.
Cancellation prior to shipment but beyond 12 hours after
purchase will be subjected to our Returns Policy. Please order

Returns Policy:
All products sold by Slipstream Revolution Inc. through our
Parts and I.C.E. Catalog are covered under our 30-day
Guarantee against defects. Items from our Revolution Gear
Catalog (Rev-Gear) are guaranteed for 15 days against defects.
Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to
manufacturer and/or Slipstream Revolution Inc restrictions.
Returns for refund and exchanges on defective items are
subjected to the following policy:
1) A “RMA” (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, issued
by Slipstream Revolution Inc must accompany items being
returned. You must request a RMA within 15 days of receiving
Revolution Gear products or 30 days for Parts and I.C.E.
products. The RMA number is then valid for 15 days from the
date of issuance. (The item must be shipped back to us within
15 days of RMA number issuance) A reason for return must
accompany all return requests. Please email
info@slipstreamR.com
to request a RMA. If authorized, we will reply back via e-mail
with a RMA number as well as additional instructions for
returning merchandise.
2) The RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the return
package. All returned merchandise must be in new and
re-sellable condition, including all original packaging,
paperwork, documentation, warranty cards, instructions,
hardware and properly packed to avoid damage during return
shipping. Please also include the original invoice, with a
daytime area code and phone number.
3) All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by you. We will
not accept any COD packages. Slipstream Revolution Inc. is not
responsible for paying any shipping fees on returned items,
unless it is an item that was miss-shipped. If there is an
error in shipping on our part, we will provide further details
via e-mail to return such items back to us while also shipping
you the correct item(s). Furthermore, we will charge your
credit card for the miss-shipped item(s) until we physically
receive the part in return. Upon passing inspection (All
returned merchandise must be in 100% re-sellable condition) we
will immediately credit your account.
4) RMA numbers and credit will not be issued/authorized for
items including but not limited to electronic products,
clearance/closeout, used, previously installed, damaged,
special ordered, customized or custom ordered items, light
bulbs and decals.
5) You will be credited the full amount of the product minus a
20% restocking fee once the returned items are inspected to
meet our requirements. (All non product related fees, i.e.
initial shipping, tariffs and insurance fees are non
refundable)
6) If an item is shipped back to us unauthorized or for any
reason that does not meet our return requirements, credit will
NOT be issued. Such reasons will include but are not limited
to improperly packaged and damaged items during return
shipping, (return items must be in new or re-sellable
condition) and without a valid RMA number. You will be
contacted, and such items will be shipped back to you at your
expense.
7) There are no refunds on Gift Certificates.
8) This returns policy is subject to change without notice.
