New Customers:
Although you can browse through SlipstreamR.com anonymously,
you will need to register and create an account prior to
purchasing. A new account can be created at any time through
“PROFILE LOGIN” or you will be directed to register as a new
user upon checking out. Creating an account is absolutely FREE
and all the information you provide us is subjected to our
Privacy Policy. You are not obligated to make any purchases if
you do not wish to. However, it will allow you administration
of your personal settings, as well as access to your personal
tools through “MY PROFILE.” As a returning customer, all your
personal settings will be intact after signing in through
“PROFILE LOGIN.” For your convenience, you will not need to
re-enter delivery and billing information on subsequent
orders. But, you will need to re-enter your credit card
information due to security precautions. Please see security.
Power Discount Members:
The Power Discount Membership is a great way to save money for
new and returning customers. Not only will you receive a FREE
T-shirt or Baby Tee, as well as a Free Gift for purchasing a
membership; you will enjoy up to 20% savings on most of the

If you are a new customer, you will be directed to register
for an account prior to purchasing a membership. If you have
already registered and created a profile, simply sign in prior
to proceeding with your membership purchase.
If you have purchased a membership at a show or through an
affiliate, simply create an account through “PROFILE LOGIN” if
you haven’t already. Go to “My Profile” and click on
membership status. There, you will enter your provided
membership number to activate your Power Discount Membership,
while also exposing your prices.
Power Discount Members login the same way as a returning
customer would, through “PROFILE LOGIN.” Once signed in, all
your Power Discount prices will be exposed to you. All
products eligible for a Power Discount will be flagged with a
PDM image on the product detail pages. (Non members will also
see the PDM image, but not the prices!) Your membership will
automatically expire in a year, unless it is renewed.
About “My Profile”
-My Profile, is where you can change your personal
information. For example: you name, address, e-mail and
password.
-My Orders, is where you can check all your previous and
current orders with SlipstreamR.com
-My Wish List is where you can check all the items saved under
your wish list.
-My Saved Carts is where you’ll find the items saved in a
previous shopping cart.
-Buy Gift Certificates, click on this option for easy access
in purchasing Gift Certificates.
-Search Catalog is a quick link to our Power Search feature.
-Browse Catalog is a quick link to ALL our products.
-View Cart is a quick link to view your shopping cart,
although you can also view it through “My shopping cart”
located on the left side menu.
-Membership Status is where you can check if your membership
is in good standing or not. If you bought a Power Discount
membership at a car show or through an affiliate, this is
where you would enter your card number to activate your
account. You can also renew your membership here as well.
-Gift Certificate Status is where you go to claim your gift
certificates. Please see “Redeeming Gift Certificates and
Coupons” below for more details.
How to shop and browse through the Parts Catalog, Rev-Gear
Catalog and ICE Catalog:
The Parts Catalog contains aftermarket performance car parts
for imports and domestic compacts.
The Rev-Gear Catalog contains all import lifestyle clothing
and products as well as decals.
The ICE Catalog contains In Car Entertainment products,
including CD/CDR players, DVD players, Monitors etc.
1) For Parts Catalog, click on either “Manufacturers” on the
top menu or “Parts Catalog” on the side menu and select the
manufacturer of your car. For example, Acura.
2) Next, select the car you are interested in purchasing parts
for. For example, RSX.
3) A parts subcategory page will then display. Scroll through
and click on the type of part you are interested in
purchasing. For example, Performance-exhausts.
4) Another page will display a listing of all available items,
corresponding to your chosen manufacturer, car, and
subcategory.
5) Click on Rev-Gear or ICE Catalog on the side menu and
follow the above process to find your desired products in
those two catalogs.
6) Click on a desired item to display more details. From the
detail’s page, you can “ADD” the item to your shopping cart or
to your “WISHLIST.”
7) Once you add an item to your shopping cart, it will prompt
you to either view your shopping cart, keep shopping or check
out. You can also view the contents of your shopping cart or
check out at any time by clicking “Your Shopping Cart” on the
side menu.
8) You can also search for products using our “POWER SEARCH”
feature located on the top menu bar. This feature will allow
you to refine your search for products by keyword or phrase,
by category or by budget.
Purchasing Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates make a great gift! Know an enthusiast who is
hard to shop for? Let them browse and purchase the products
they really want. Whether it’s import lifestyle clothing,
accessories or car parts, SlipstreamR.com has a wide range of
selections to suit their needs.
To purchase gift certificates, click on the “Give Gift
Certificates” image located on the left side menu.
It will take you to a screen asking for information required
to generate a Gift Certificate. On the first 2 text boxes,
enter your name and your e-mail address. On the second set of
text boxes, enter the name and
e-mail address of the person you are giving the certificate
to. Next, enter the amount you want to purchase and any
comments or messages you would like to add. For example,
“Happy Birthday Fred!” Once you have entered in all the
fields, click Add to Cart. You can either continue shopping or
check out. When the transaction is completed after checking
out, a Gift Certificate e-mail with a unique number will be
sent to the intended recipient. Full details and instructions
on how the recipient redeems their gift certificate on the
site, are included in the e-mail as well as your personalized
comment or messages.
Redeeming Gift Certificates and Coupons:
Redeeming Gift Certificates is easy. First, sign in through
“Profile Login.” If you don’t already have a username and
password register as a new user. Once you’ve signed in, click
on “My Profile” located on the top right corner of the gray
menu. Next, click on Gift Certificate status. Enter your
unique gift certificate number and e-mail address for claim.
Your claim will be stored onto our database awaiting your use
at any time thereafter. When you are ready to use it, simply
“Checkout” with your order. Follow the on-screen instructions
and enter your gift certificate number as part of your payment
option. If your gift certificate(s) amounted to more than your
current order costs, the left over amount will be carried over
to subsequent purchases.
Using Coupons:
Add desired items into your shopping cart and click “check
out” as normal. Follow the on screen instructions, and enter
your unique coupon number as part of your payment option.
Your Shopping Cart and Wish list:
Again, you can view your shopping cart by clicking “Your
Shopping Cart” on the side menu at anytime or when prompted.
While viewing your shopping cart, it will display all the
items you’ve added. From here, you can delete items from your
cart, options to keep shopping, re-calculate your total
pricing after deleting an item, empty the entire cart, check
out or save the current cart for future use. You can come back
to a saved cart and order the items without having to browse
through the catalogs again. All you have to do is sign in
again and click “My Profile” too view your saved cart.
Your Wish list is a place to store items that you would like
to purchase in the future. Once you have decided to purchase
an item on your wish list, simply move it to the shopping cart
and check out. You can view your wish list by clicking “My
Profile,” once logged in. Vice versa, you can move an item
from your shopping cart to your wish list.
Checking Out and Payment:
You can “Check Out” by clicking “Your Shopping Cart” on the
side menu at anytime or when prompted. Again, you will need to
either create a new account or login to an existing account
while checking out. We accept Visa and MasterCard for secure
online transactions. For the fastest service, please follow
the on screen instructions to process an online transaction
after checking out. Remember to fill in all mandatory fields.
To order offline, click checkout, sign in and select the
check/money order payment option when prompted. Follow the on
screen instructions and print out the order form. Mail the
form (print an extra copy for your records) and enclose a
check or money order for the specified amount. Allow two weeks
for checks to clear. Please mail and make checks/money orders

Shipping:
Products ordered through the Parts, Rev-Gear and ICE catalogs
can be shipped using standard UPS Ground, Purolator or Canada
Postal Service, depending on the destination and product.
Shipping costs are determined by the product weight by rate.
Handling cost is a low fixed rate applied to every order.

Delivery Time:
Items marked “In Stock” are usually shipped within 3 business
days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped within 3
business days following the weekend/holiday.
Items marked “Low Stock” are usually shipped within 3-5
business days.
Items marked “No Stock” are backordered items, or if low stock
items becomes backordered due to sudden supply shortage. Your
orders will be held until your products can be filled. We will
send an e-mail informing you of the approximate time the
product will arrive in our warehouse.

Taxes, Customs and Duties:
All orders with shipping destinations within the province of
Ontario will be charged Provincial sales tax (PST) as well as
Goods and Services Tax. (GST). As a scenario, if you reside in
British Columbia and placed an order with a shipping
destination to Ontario, you will be charge both PST and GST.
All orders with shipping destinations within Canada will be
charged Goods and Services Tax (GST) only.
U.S. and International customers will not be taxed during the
checkout process. However, Slipstream Revolution Inc. is not
responsible for any other customs, duties or taxes imposed on
your order by your respective government. You are responsible
for paying such fees if they are imposed.
