2) What is your privacy policy?

3) I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, you can definitely pay by check or money order for products. However, as Power Discount Membership and Gift certificates purchases are electronically activated in real-time, only credit cards will be accepted for those two items. Please see Ordering.

4) What currency are your prices listed as?
All our prices are in Canadian Funds with approximate U.S. dollar conversions. U.S. customers can take full advantage of your high U.S. dollar, thereby saving you money. Subsequently, Canadians need not to worry about the high conversion rate to U.S. dollars, thereby also saving you money.

5) How do I return my order?
You must first obtain an RMA number by e-mailing info@slipstreamR.com, specifying the reason for return. Please see Returns Policy, under the Terms of Use.

6) Can I cancel an order before it is shipped?
Yes. You may cancel any order within 12 hours after purchase, however it will be subjected to a five dollar processing fee. Cancellation prior to shipment but beyond 12 hours after purchase will be subjected to our Returns Policy, under the Terms of Use. Please order carefully.

8) What is a Power Discount Membership?
Power Discount Membership is an exciting way for you to save money. Purchase a Power Discount Membership and receive up to 20% off on almost all the items we sell. 9) I bought a Power Discount Membership at a show or through an affiliate. How to do I expose my prices?
If you are a new customer to the site, you will need to click “PROFILE LOGIN,” register as a new user and create a profile. If you already have a profile, login with your user name (last name) and password. Then, go to “My Profile” and click Membership Status. Type in the membership number on your card and all your prices will be exposed! You will be recognized as a member each time you login until membership expiry.

10) How do I create a Profile Login?
Click on profile login and register as a new user. You will need to have a profile prior to ordering any products. If you are not logged in, the check out procedures will take you to the “PROFILE LOGIN” page to register. Please see Ordering for more details.

11) Do I need to sign in through Profile Login each time I visit SlipstreamR.com?
You can browse through SlipstreamR.com without having to login, even if you are a returning customer. However, returning customers and Power discount members are advised to login. Power Discount member prices are only exposed to you after signing in through Profile Login. Also, if you decide to make a purchase on any subsequent visit, there is no need to re-enter all your billing and shipping information. The only information you will need to re-enter is your credit card information as per added security reasons.

12) How do I know if an item is eligible for a Power Discount?
Whether you are logged in as a member or not, all applicable items that are discountable will have a little “PDM” image on the product details page.

15) What if SlipstreamR.com doesn't have a product I'm looking for?

16) How can I track my order?
After your order is processed, you will be sent an e-mail, which will contain a tracking number. You can use this number on the Courier’s tracking web page as outlined on the e-mail we send.

17) Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please e-mail us for more information regarding this feature and international shipping rates.

18) Do you accept COD?
Unfortunately, we do not accept COD for order payments.

19) I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click on “Profile Login.” Enter your last name and e-mail address at the bottom of your page to retrieve your password per the on screen instructions.
